True. Kasay was a big factor in the play not to lose gameplans of Fox. Stay in a game just to the point Kasay could decide the outcome.

The constant shots at Fox around here every chance people get never dies down. The way the forum talks you would think we had the worst coach in the NFL for years and if we did win it was in spite of him.

The rest of us realise we wouldnt have been to the Super Bowl without Kasay so we forgave him.

I wish that I had the picture but I remember when the Panthers went to Philly for the NFCC before the Super Bowl and the Philly Newspapers had Kasay on their front pages proclaiming 'Our Best Player'...the one with him looking down at the ground taken during our loss to Philly during the regular season here in Charlotte when he missed every field goal that game...how good John must have felt after we kicked that Iggle azz when it counted.

I say no way to the statue. Put him in the ring of honor followed by Delhomme then Smith then Peppers if he makes the Hall of Fame.

I do think there should be something for players like Minter, Rucker, Hoover, Muhammad, and Gross. Great Panthers who deserve to be remembered in Panthers history.
