Eh, the last original Panther and the fans find out when his replacement is announced? I don't really know the details, nor do you, but it was a brutal way of announcing it to the public.

All the best John Kasay...many a game and playoff game, we would not have won or had a chance to compete in because of that left leg.

He was also the person who kept peace on that team it seems, and also interesting side note about what this may mean to Steve Smith.

Kasay seems to have been his 'Father Confessor'.

The last original Panther deserves better than this imo. If they were going to replace him it should have been known well beforehand. The dude can still play, we should have got Baker to take KO. Kasay is one of the best clutch kickers and he will be missed.

It would be better to kick 2 to 3 yds deep into the end zone, with hang time, challenge the returner to run the kickoff out and pin him inside the 20.

Pride is a hell of a drug. He might try to play somewhere else for the simple fact he feels hes still got it and has something to prove.
