Olindo Mare to Panthers for a 4 Year Deal

Why not grab Matt Prater? he's only 27 and was 16 of 18 last year.

I don't know that Prater was actually available. Was he actually unrestricted? For some reason I didn't think so.

Walterfootball has him as a UFA, but some sites say he signed a tender earlier this year. My bad if he's not actually available, then Mare would be next in line

I was under the impression he was basically guaranteed to stay a Bronco for some reason, but I may be wrong about that.
