Bringing back our own every year is not enough. When will the FO learn this? Sign our own, sift through the scraps doesn't work. Sign our own, bring in PROVEN players is what works. I know it's early but I just have a feeling we'll do what we always do.

It depends what you mean by "proven". If it's just whoever the biggest name on the market is, then the Washington Redskins are proof that it doesn't work.

well it's not like they are bringing back every FA we have hitting the market. it's just a few PROVEN guys that we have that we are trying hard to bring back.

I'm not understanding the wait a week for Jon Beason thing? So theoretically if we sign a big name CB and now don't have enough to sign Beason is that a good thing? Do you really want it to become a bidding war for the "heart" of the defense next year?
