Was about to say the same thing. Rivera knows a little bit about the guy, so maybe he has liked what he has seen.

And fwiw, not having heard of him is irrelevant. KC isn't a big market team, and they haven't been that successful until last year, so its not like any of their players, even the solid ones would get much attention.

I don't think Mebane and Joseph and Coefield are really on the radar like most assume.
