The local media is mad at Cam

this just goes to show, those of you who actually thought the idiotic non stories (jersey number, etc) would go away just because the lockout was gone were completely wrong.

this is how it'll be for some time now... and at least he's getting us on NFL network ;)

only would matter if it became some kinda pattern, and I really doubt it will.

IMO charlotte media should back off till the preseason. These guys have alot of work to do with very little time. It's like being denied to study for a test intill the last two days. If this city wants championships they need to let the players be.

People study for tests the 2 days before test day????

It's not uncommon for players not to talk to media until they are under contract. They want to talk football, not money, which would be the man topic at this point. The NFLN is a controlled outlet where they know what will be asked ahead of time.

DWill is not doing interviews until under contract either.

so, players don't want to talk to whiny beat reporters? wonder why....

beat reporters suck around here. no one wants to talk to them but seeing how much they bitch and moan when they don't get their way i can understand why.

when the players had their workout one of the beat guys actually said they were looking forward to laughing when one of the players came wanting something announced. media cut their noses off.

they got scooped big time with the charles johnson signing (that was actually embarrassing when reed talked to CJ 15 minutes prior to the deal being announced and CJ acting like nothing had been done.

beat guys got scooped by gantt and NJP on the ron edwards agreement.

it's just sad.
