The 30 million dollar signing bonus to CJ counts against the floor meaning we now have about 102 million in salary against the salary floor. Once we sign Williams and Kalil we will be over the floor and likely well on the way to a team salary closer to 170 million. The cap floor is really a non issue for us this year.

170???? You know There is a salary cap. Teams have a hard cap of like 120 which includes bonus and salary. (Minus the 3 mil the can borrow against future years)Teams must spend 99% of that this year.

So basically The cap floor and ceiling are close to the same now.... and when the season begins everytime will have just about the exact same amount of $$$ spent on player salaries... the exact same.

Dude are you really this slow?? Nobody is talking about it because it is not his choice. Did you not see the new CBA details???? ALL Teams... Must spend 99% of the Salary cap this year!

He can not be cheap even if he wanted too! It's out of his hands now. It's like praising a company for paying their taxes.

Now last year, he had a choice. He could do whatever he want... He choose not to spend for his reasons, so people have rights and reasons to feel the way they do/did.
