You would think that if you guys were tight that you would be one of the 3,500 people that he follows on twitter.

:cam:

I just joined twitter and marketed myself to Panther fans. Also he is reporting Cullen Jenkins to the Skins which I have been saying forever, even on the radio show I did last week. Do you think he stole that from me? No moron his source told him that like mine did on Holmes.

Not 100%, I do expect the offer that dwill has to be around 4 years for 30+ million with about 15 million guaranteed.

However, I did nail the exact details of CJ's contract.

Newton's contract won't take long and too be honest should be close to finished if not already be done. If dwill doesn't get blown away by another team's offer coming out of left field in the next few hours, he will be back. I think the biggest hint is that both Miami and Denver dropped out of the race for Dwill.

As for Joseph, I fully expect the Panther's to make a serious run at him. If it doesn't work, Chris Carr from Baltimore might be a name you see mentioned.

Cool. If that's money right on DWill, that is a fair deal for both sides IMO. Only thing I'm worried about though is while we're using up all of this money this year, what are we gonna do when Stewart's rookie contract expires? I'd think he'd expect a very similar deal, if not more...

I think Aso to the Jets is done. About to set the market for the CB's and then they should fly off the shelfs. They've all been waiting on him to get his deal.

According to Brandt, they've asked some players about restructuring their contract. I'm thinking it gets announced here in the next few hours.

I dont know why you get so worked up.

It's just odd that you do talk radio shows together, and he doesn't follow you, yet he does follow 3,500 other people.

I believe that Stewart's not going to be an issue, I think that's the big reason Dwill's deal would be short. So they can resign Stewart and not worry about paying them both big bucks for that long.

jets just resigned holmes I dunno how in the hell they can sign Aso too.

High signing bonus + restructured contracts + low salary + soft cap in new CBA because of the Cash spending floor. Word is he's taking considerably less money to go to the JETS. Not sure how much less, but quite a bit I'm sure of it.

Sorry guys, let me reset.

:willy_nilly:

I'll admit, I think he's just a low-end role player, so I thought he'd be had for less and signed a lot later. I'm not mad about it and think his style will really complement both the young guys we drafted. I just thought we were going higher-end guys at DT.

Basically, I thought this was a deal you would give a Tommie Harris or Okoye.

Listen people, a new CBA was reached. Salary cap has increased. Therefore, salaries will increase. Get over it.

Not getting worked up, just ask him and I will give you the name of the radio show host and your boy Bob will confirm everything.

Also with Aso going to the Jets they would have no d-line and their safeties are mediocre. I like the Jets and follow them a little bit since my whole family are Jet fans, but I do not think it is smart to throw all your money at both revis and aso.

They had no pass rush last year. Were you blind-sided by the Edwards signing?

I haven't complained about any of our other deals - Payne and CJ... I expect money to be spent, and I'm happy we are spending it, especially after last year.

That being said, again, my gripe when I initially saw the Edwards signing was that I thought we were gonna go with a bigger name and figured they would command a deal like this before Edwards. Not that it is a big monetary investment... I think he's really worth it. Just thought we were going elsewhere.

Seems to me that we have a very deliberate plan on FAs outside of our own.
