We need to make offers to Okoye and Heap, as long as it's reasonable.

I'm curious to see how things turn out for Oakland... They're the furthest over the cap IIRC and are gonna hafta cut an assload of people. I bet they regret that Tommy Kelly contract right about now.

Stop making sense! As you are still relatively new to the huddle, I'll forgive you. Now stop thinking clearly and posting! What you need to do is knee-jerk post, then think semi-clearly, mainly-retardatronly, and follow up with a gif. That's the true path to huddle swag!

Now signz Heap and cutz the Shockerz!

According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, it's "virtually certain" that free agent Malcom Floyd will re-sign with the Chargers.

The Chargers have $11 million committed to Vincent Jackson via the franchise tag, and are expected to pursue a trade for Steve Smith. Per the Union-Trib, Floyd is "expected to agree to terms elsewhere relatively quickly," although the 30-year-old receiver hasn't been linked to any teams in substantive reports. If the Chargers can't acquire Smith, they may look to Patrick Crayton third-round pick Vincent Brown to book end V-Jax.

CJ' date=' D-Will, James Anderson, Johnathan Joseph and Okoye please and thank you...if there is any money left over Sidney Rice or Santonio Holmes....[/quote']

All that sounds good, but you have 1 offensive player among your top fa wants list and 4 defensive players, which iirc carolina had one of the worst offenses of all time last season.

Granted we have young talent on O, but why throw all the salaries on d players when defense wasnt the problem last season. carolina should push hard to bulk up the O to help cam progress and if theres any money left over worry bout d players. just my opinion.

Because the only offensive weakness was the retard throwing the football last year.

As bad as our offense was last year, there really isn't any holes there if people are healthy and kept. The only real question spot is QB. We have two top 10 RBs, a top 5 or so WR, a great O-line (once again, when healthy), and two promising 2nd year receivers.

The two biggest factors that led to the terrible offense last year were addressed already: coaching and QB. The biggest hole on the team is DT right now because the only guy we have that has shown he can play in the NFL is Landri. We're also short a starting CB if Marshall leaves (and according to stats from PFF, even if he stays).
