Yea, all I've read about it so far has said "Belichick will get him in line! BB can handle him!" etc etc. I'll believe it when I see it. Belichick is a good coach and all, but the only evidence of "keeping someone in line" he has is Moss, who wasn't a lazy ass, he was just immature. Haynesworth's problems lie much deeper than simple immaturity...

I'll be surprised if this works out for the Pats, especially since Haynesworth's big problem in Washington was not wanting to play in a 3-4...

Redskins released NT Ma'ake Kemoeatu.

Major injuries to Kemoeatu's Achilles and shoulder have crippled his once solid career. He was only scheduled to make $1.5 million in base salary this season plus a $200K roster bonus, but the Redskins are wise to not even pay him that.

Patriots released DL Marcus Stroud.

The mistake signing cost the Pats a $150,000 signing bonus. Stroud reported to training camp with a bum shoulder, likely the same one he had surgery on during the early winter. He never fit New England's defensive scheme well anyway.
