Guys, I believe the Franchise was sold, which would only affect a select group of stores. That being said, franchise owners can do little in changing the core food, that includes the recipe and main menu items.....

By the way seasoned fries > bo rounds, any day of the week.

No. Bojangles LLC majority share was sold. The Franchisor not the Franchisee. They have complete control now over the recipes, marketing, franchising rules, etc...

I know first hand that the main goal in finding a suitor for the sale was someone with large capital who plans on keeping Bojangles "as is" while growing their market. For example there are only 5-6 Bojangles in TN, FL, and Alabama. None in LA, TX and Mississippi.

Some of the people who sold the majority share and many of the people who work/worked for corporate also own individual franchises (or multiple) and would not let their new parent company screw up their solid franchise investments.
