Did you not see my post from the Clashmore mike site? They specifically stated that it wasn't a west coast or screen heavy offense by any stretch, but a dynamic vertical passing game.

They have a whole website from multiple guys, who intensely and objectively watch every game and post articles on the team. There are no grades to skew it . Just reporting and analyzing what they saw

And every year do mid and end season report on offense and defense. Not only that but they divide the offense up. And not once to they mention the heavy emphasis on short throws, but vertical.

You claimed he didn't do it......I broke down a game for you that supported my claim. Show my a game against a remotely respectable opponent where Weiss didn't have him throwing screens all over the place and winding up the moment he recieved his snap. 22 passes - 10 were screens, 8 balls to WRs on the sideline or running toward it......that random game breaks down a lot like the type balls he tried to throw in Carolina (yet you want to act like it was coincidence). It is also coincidence Weiss had to defend going short and it not working in games that year I guess.......

Tony Pike was a pretty good college QB. Being pretty good in college doesn't mean your game translates to the pros (see Clausen's slide until an uniformed and desperate team had him land in their laps).

I gave you cold hard facts from a game that support my claim and you try to pretend it was a fluke thing.

My point is Hawaii is ONE example. Give me one game his senior year. How is Hawaii any different than the Boston College game? or his others his senior year against semi respectable opponents?

I didn't discount anything in the Hawaii game.....the simple fact was a bulk of his game was throwing nonsense screens.....like he did all season his senior year.

well my point is it is was no surprise....as he played the same way in college. He got much better results but his game was pretty identical.
