I'd been forgetting that Kalil signed his tender before the lockout and is included. CJ's expected cap hit this season should be around 7 - 8.5 Million.

Should leave Carolina with around 30 Million counting other FA signings.

After signing the rookies, I'd say the team will have around 18 Million.
