more holes on defense. offense issues were 1) schematic (bad game plan, scheme, and playcalling), 2) an unhealthy and incomplete oline, 3) bad QBs, inexperienced WRs (not named smith).

we got a better offensive staff in

we addressed QB

our oline is healthier (time off really helped i'm sure)

we got an upgrade at TE

our WRs have a year under their belt that they didn't have last year

still need to re-sign williams

still need to address RG

these would be priorities, the first of which is being worked on right now.

could bring in experienced QB to help out newton

could bring in additional help at WR

neither of these are things that have to be done right away (unless smitty is traded)

defense had the most immediate and glaring needs left to address.
