Those billionaires didn't become billionaires through stupidity. What they did in ratifying this so quickly and now carrying on as if everything with the season starting next week is set in stone is that public perception will be that it's the players who are not wanting to play football, i.e. they're the obstructionists if they reject the deal tonight. Such an evil bunch of Mr. Burns types in that owners club.
