too bad williams has said in the past he doesn't mind sharing carries because it keeps his legs fresh. the guy who wrote that is obviously retarded.

That also would be the company line since that is what is required here.....

Why do people think D'Will is going to run up to Denver to play for a John Fox team???? So he can end up running against 8 and 9 man fronts again? or play in a vanilla offense?? Cause unless John Fox has suddenly changed his ways that is what Denver is going to end up like.

Workhorse does not sound like it would appeal to DWill. Sharing the load has worked well so far....even set a record. Bet he would like a longer career in the type of situation he has in Carolina than being in a career ending workhorse role.

Good for 4 or great for 2? These guys aren't guaranteed long careers.....settling for what might be the best long term plan and sacrificing the chance to prove how great you really aren't isn't what most of these guys a about

My take on this article is that the guys has some good points about the different players and where they could fit best. He also is connecting the dots like all of us have that D-Will would be a target for FOX. Point is though that i think Dwill is gonna be a target for over half the league. I see a bidding war coming on and honestly if it means we are able to add a marquee player at another position of need like DT, WR, or CB and resign our other core guys i say we stand our ground on overpaying D-Will.

I really wouldn't be surprised to see D-Will end up in Denver. Fox was obviously a big fan of keeping things the same, which is half the reason Carolina could never get over the hump while he was here. I expect to see Denver become a landing spot for former Panthers for years to come (ala Chicago Bears).

Don't think Denver is going to provide the opportunity to be great. Unless they offer an insane contract do not seeing that situation being attractive.

Besides...we already think he is great.
