This is ridiculous...we know that the owner's voted last night 31-0. 1 team obstained from voting. What does that mean, they don't want to make a profit this year?

The players did not receive an updated contract until 10pm Thursday night. That's the reason they did not vote yesterday. We can't blame them for not voting before they read the most recent version of the contract.

So Friday comes and goes, still no player vote. Additionally, the Owner's are requiring the players union to recertify so they are not in violation of anti-trust laws. Basically a recertified union protects the owners. Can't blame the owner's for that one.

Owners had requested that the lockout be lifted Saturday --so players could enter team training facilities as early as Saturday. I don't know the status of this-doubtful. The owners have even offered to have index cards made up for all the players to vote on the recertification of the union when/if they arrive at the team facilities on Sat. All that is needed for recertification is the majority vote of the 1900 + players in the nfl.

I thought for sure this would be done today....really growing tired of this.
