That accounts for a lot of the accidental overdoses in this area.

That makes sense... Mixing these 2 have no lethal side effects like some narcotics do. All it does is fug your liver just like each one of them does by themselves. I'm not saying mix everything but OXY/HYDRO codone happens to go well with alcohol.

Oxycontin is just name brand Oxycodone, they ARE THE SAME EXACT THING.

Holy crap you have no idea what you're talking about. Plain old oxycodone is the most commonly prescribed pain killer in the nation right now. 100% Oxycodone in pill form, not percocet, not Roxicet, Oxycodone. IE OxyContin.

no its not. They are trying like hell to get it off the market because of how addictive it is. Anything that is 100% oxy is know as oxycontin on the street whether its generic or not.

Well I should have specified, I meant for moderate to severe pain it's the most common, the overall most common pain killer is Vicodin.

if you have a bad liver i don't think it's a good idea to mix painkillers with alcohol

your liver is your filter for all the crap you put in your mouth basically, if your medication isn't strong enough see a doctor... he knows your condition better than anybody on a message board and he'll make sure you don't end up ODing because someone on the carolinahuddle told you to mix depressants together

From my experience. I would drink a 40 and pop a couple of percocets and get really F*cked up. I for one do not recommend doing this at all! especially w/pure oxycodone. cuz you will probably puke your guts out, cause serious damage to your liver and kidneys, and worst of all die! Im not sure what mg you got....but take it only when needed! that sh*t is highly addictive and will ruin your life. You could ask for Morphine instead of oxycodone. Unfortunately in medicine today, its either painkillers or deal w/it.

in all honesty, if someone OD'd from the advice they got on the huddle.....then they are probably better off dead.

Darvocet is a personal favorite.

Hydro and a few of the others mentioned do not work for me. I have a high pain threshold but when I hurt, I need a big gun. Try to get the original and not the generic version (as with all pain meds).

I think somebody covered it but weed is good too. Nowadays, from what I've been told, they have flavors and types that you get specifically for the "high" you are going for.
