They will do a national agency check, and misdemeanors will show up. I doubt a misdemeanor would prohibit her from traveling. But its not up to the US government, its up to the receiving government.

We've only just begun to see the lawsuits... 1st the nanny and then someone will uncover some additional evidence and you will see a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the biological fathers family.

As far as money offers - she has to pay the law enforcement agencies involved for the time and expenses of them investigating the various lies.... in case anyone missed the sentencing for the 4 misdemeanors... that was ordered at that time. The prosecution has till late August to do the tally and pass it on to the defense. I imagine that will be a hefty bill.

Between those issues and the fact that the general public is enraged with the verdict, she will lose most all money that she makes initially... Then the media will be done with her and no more $$$ coming in.

Also - I'm not so sure Florida prosecutors are finished with her and her father. Not murder, but something along the lines of false police reports, illegal disposal of a body, etc....

What if she was executed and then evidence was uncovered that exonerated her? Like the dude on the ESPY's. That is why I don't have a problem with the verdict or our justice system. I would rather her walk than have someone innocent spend time in jail, or worse, be executed.

I agree with the first sentence, she was found not guilty, so the public should move on. However, no way I believe she had nothing to do with the death or cover up when she wanted a month to report it. No chance a completely innocent mother waits a month before reporting their missing baby.

Yes there are plenty of places to which she can move and gain instant mediocrity. I would avoid english speaking places such as the UK or Carribean or even Asutralia as they are too Americanized.

But head to say Italy (yes even with the Amanda Konox deal) and chill out in cinqua terra.

Of course nowhere is going to be immune from the paparazzi but prancing around Orlando is much easier than dealing with Europe. The british tabloids might be an issue.

I think the next best option might be Costa Rica or something.

But all that requires money. And she must have some money because she has immediately disappeared which requires a backer. And who is that?

Her agent who has agreed to front her cash in return for a lucrative deal. Book, interview, and movie.

So she is currently holed up in a really nice house somewhere in America feeling pretty good.

The real issue is what she does in 5-10 years when nobody cares about her story anymore and she has no income and no prospects.
