This is a super underrated type of hire that gets overlooked, but with have a profound effect. He's a open minded and cutting edge, that's a great combo in strength training. Like other fields, the strength industry has changed greatly over the last 20 years. Sooo much is now understood and still more to learn. Glad this guy is leading the Panthers. No one spends more time with the players than the strength coach. It's a uber important role for football. -
