People at Wrightsville Beach out for a jog/walk, pushing a stroller. 100 degrees, pushing a stroller. Raining a bit, pushing a stroller. Cold and windy, pushing a stroller. Does it ever occur to these people that they should think about how the weather is affecting the kid in that stroller? Your schedule should be flexible enough to wait until somebody can watch the kid, or you should just stay home.
