Correct, all first rounders get a four year deal with a team option for the 5 year.

Picks 1-10 will get top 10 average money at their position for that 5th year, if the option is activated after year 3 that money then becomes guaranteed.

Picks 11-32 will get top 25 average money, same as above if activated after year 3 it becomes guaranteed.

Definitely not. We'll be paying him about $22 Million compared to like $50 Million.
