Anyone feel like playing golf?

I bought the burner 09's...they had a great sale on left overs...and I love them. My wife, god bless her, also insisted I bought all new drivers at the same time, so I bought the R9 Driver, the R11 three wood and my new favoritest club ever, the R11 rescue...I am hitting 100% on that damn thing.

Yeah, I LOVE these new irons... I HAVE TO have some...

I think the rescue 3 & 4 are just what I need to help my game.... well, that and learning how to putt.

I love the rescue 3 so much, I'm looking for a 4 immediately...it just seems like a can't miss club. first time I hit it I was in some deep grass and wasn't sure what to expect and it felt like a knife through butter.

I hear you... plus in my current set, I have a yardage gap... I can hit my 4 iron about 200 yards... and I have a 3 hybrid, that I can hit about 210... but I can hit my 3 wood 240-250, so i really don't have a 225 yard club, and I end up trying to smash my hybrid or lay off the 3 wood and neither of those really work.

My current irons have a 2 and 3 iron, but I can't hit them for sh*t, so I don't even try.

ya..lowest iron my set has is the 4 iron...anything under that is useless for me.

The only uses I have for my 3 iron is killing snakes and punching a low cut out of pine straw.

If I wasn't getting dragged to the Lee Brice concert with the girlfriend, I would gladly take you up on that. Just like I would have went out yesterday...but that damn Harry Potter midnight showing she wanted me to go to with her. Plus, it is looking pretty gloomy up here in Pender County today. How is New Hanover county looking right now?

the lowest iron in my bag is my 3. it's my baby. i hit it about 210, so it's useful on reaching some par 5's in 2. i also use it for punch shots to get out from under a tree. i love that thing. i replaced my 7 wood with it.
