We gave the former first round pick a 3 year, $6.2mil deal.

Glad to see we are committed to keeping our young talent together for years to come. Sutter doesn't get near the credit he deserves. He may not rack up points like Skinner or Staal, but he led the team in +/-, shorthanded TOI and blocked shots (he was actually 13th in the league in blocks by a forward)
