Panther Free Agents

Recommended Posts

I know the teams cannot conduct negotiations with players and agents but I am of the belief that Marty and his staff have already put together deals to keep D'Will, CJ, and Kalil and possibly Anderson. I think these deals will get done well before the 72 hours that appears to be limit before free agency opens up.

They better have been in the office working!!!!! My opinion of Marty fluctuates by the day and if they come out here bullsh*ting again this offseason, the Panthers could have mutiny on the horizon. We don't want to end up like the Browns fan base.

I actually think they will sign Anderson ad CJ before they sign D-Will.

Do they have offer sheets on what they "think" is okay... No doubt...

For you to think that those deals would be accepted with no challenge by the players' agents would be in the "too good to be true" realm...

I would have to agree with that. Also, I would hope they would have a list of the College FAs they wish to sign, as well as FAs they hope to acquire. Three days is not a lot of time. But if they are prepared, they should have no trouble.

C'mon guys...

Do you really think that the FO hasn't scouted the hell out if the Undrafted FA's? Do you think that they don't know exactly who they want to go after in FA? Do u think they haven't prepared for every "what if" situation that they could possibly dream up...

The true challenge will be getting to those undrafted FA's before all the other teams... Signing our FA's and acquiring several others that are within their already determined budget for the year... The hardest part for them will be the $$ and signings and getting it to where they want each contract and bonus...

They are well prepared and 72 hrs should not be the concern... The first 20-30 min of FA should scare the living SHYIT outta you though...

I guess it will come down on who we can afford to keep versus our needs we will need to address in FA.What worys me about D Willimas is given we have two other backs can we afford him w/o trading Stewart or Goodson which seems unlikely.

I think we must pay CJ to stay.We must get a cb and despite our draft get DT.I personally think they will either re-sign MMoore or sign a vet.I have heard from a reliable source that we are shopping for a decent wr but if so why the hell did we draft one or will Hurney be willing to cut aEdwards? We have so many needs and a limited amount of money. It would be interesting for someone smarter than I take a stab and predict how our cap money will be spent.Any takers?

I am of the opinion that Hurney hasn't done jack sh1t and Rivera is sitting on his ass playing madden with a 2011 Panthers fantasy team.
