Iphone vs Droid

Ive been thinking about getting an iPhone for awhile, i have the first Moto Droid and it has been a good phone, but lately, like the past week or so, it has been freezing up and working very slow and the battery life has gone to poo. Before, I could go all day on it with playing in the internet, running gps and other apps and not have to plug it in until I go to bed. Now I have to plug it in at least 2 times a day to keep the charge.

Batteries do wear out after a while. Nice thing about Android, is that you can actually buy a replacement battery, and replace it yourself. Try doing that with an iPhone. My D1 still running great, and I only charge it once a day, at night, when I go to bed.

Thats because the thunderbolt has the smallest battery imaginable when you consider the power it has. Almost as bad as my Droid Incredible. They have a battery upgrade for it.

LTE does screw the battery but any phone including an IPhone if the 5 has LTE will get the battery raped.

Just buy an extended battery or get a second. That's what you will have to deal with until these manufacturers figure the battery dilemma out.

I am very happy with my driod X and i would say go with that IF you need a phone right now, otherwise Saltman has it right with waiting on the samsung galaxy s2 its gonna be one bad mofo..

Oh yea and listen to theyhateme45 and go with the insurance, its like 5 bucks and month and as soon as you make a claim you get a new phone shipped to you the next day. I just had to use the service this past week lol
