So Im trying to get back into working out...

i've lost 35 lbs doing an hr on the elliptical 4-5x's a week and not eating like poo anymore.

some members of my family and a random stranger or two telling me I was fat was enough motivation for me..10 more lbs and I'll be at my goal...they can all suck it

It really is the best kind of motivation.

After I got married I put on about 15 lbs, maybe 20 lbs, can't remember. Anyways it was spring time and I put on a pair of shorts and tank top, it was pretty tight and i didn't look so good. I asked my husband of only 5 months, "does this outfit make me look fat?" He replied, "it's not the outfit". I then threw my 200+ calorie soda on him, cried and became determined to lose the weight ASAP. I lost the weight in a month, I dieted and exercised like a mad women (first time ever). Anyways, I've never gained it back. best motivation EVER. It hurt but I was glad he was honest.

Just finished my first Insanity workout and it was really tough. It definitely kicked my ass, though I'm not in shape at all. Whatever you decide to do, good luck and I hope you stick with it. I forgot what this feeling is like and it hurts like hell right now, but that'll go away and I know I'm doing a good thing.

my goal is 130..do the math

ok..maybe 120...but we'll see..I don't wanna look emaciated

To be fair your boobs would weight 10 lbs. :bigear:
