look to find a very knowledgeable massage therapist.. I expect if you're anything like my dad, you're back will need adjusted from time to time.. maybe even every week in the beginning..

do yourself a favor and never pick up anything heavy (or over 15lbs) again..

My Doctor told me that as well. That meant that I had to sit down to take a leak! And that water gets deep and cold!

Definition of torgue: When you wake up in the morning with a piss hard-on and push down to take a leak and your heels come off the ground!

As my name might suggest I've done a lot of different things. My dream job fireman/paramedic is out of the question, guess I'll just enjoy the memories from the years I did have.

I've done retail, worked as a pharm tech and done inside sales, but I hate sales.

I'd try the disability route for the time being but you have to lose damn near everything you have to qualify the first time around if you don't have an automatic qualifier.

My wife can't even manage a job at Hobby Lobby for the time being.

Life just sucks in most ways imaginable right now.

Good luck, brother. Please let us know how it goes. My best bud just got the vertebrae in his neck fused- from shoulders to skull. He seems to be doing well so far, though there is definitely a loss of range of motion.
