Sorry if this is old, first I've seen it. I guess it'd be hard to argue with #34's position on this list. I'd still put AP #1, CJ #2, MJD #3, JC #4, and MT & DW would be toss ups in my opinion. The biggest factor here, I think, is that DW is the only guy in the top 6 really splitting carries. JC kinda did, but without any research to back it up I'd say Stewart got a larger % of carries than Jones in KC.

Long story short, I really hope we don't lose Deangelo.

the detroit news didn't have a set criteria to qualify players for their list either.

That is true. It was just the writers opinion. I think it was Clay, but ain't sure. Still interesting when others pick your own. Just looked it up and it was Twentyman. I guess the News is following in PFF in doing the best of each position. They had Gross at 7 for Tackles. But he is the only Panthers to make the list at the News.

Yeah... But the News has not done the D-line yet so we shall see about CJ.

    • Honestly Bryce is a conundrum right now I'm not really sure what we should do with him but I am content on him being the quarterback number one going into next season. I think we should allow him the chance to play out the season to prove that he's the quarterback he can be going into next season.  I would not waste a high draft pick on a quarterback because I'm not sure anyone in this up and coming class is as good or has the ceiling that he had with that said I wouldn't throw away the future I would bring in someone like Justin Fields to have him looking over his shoulder and give us a plan b if everything doesn't go right on a one-year deal. I think the priority right now if tepper wants to make a big splash is find a way to get Travis Hunter that would be option 1AA because he helps with both sides of the field either way whatever you need defense or offense. Make that happen and then go mostly defense the rest of the way and we're cooking.
    • Move on from what?   Let me guess we gatekeeping on who we can and can't appreciate?   Next time I will just make a Kuechly appreciation thread lmao
