Well they certainly can't have both.

Barca has a lot of debt. I don't think there's anyway they can pony up $50-$60 million in cash for Cesc at the moment. They just had to get a loan of $175 million to pay their current players alone. The banks and government in Spain are only going get less interested in financing these loans at the risk of defaulting on their debts. Meanwhile, Barca is also rumored to have a deal in place for Sanchez which would certainly kill any hope of getting two of the three I would suspect...
