If you ever make it to Up State NY there is a place called "Joey D's". I would have never thought of eating their as it is an old gas station (family owned restaurant), but glad I did. They have some of the best wings from Mild all the way to Napalm Hot (if you can eat them that hot). They make their own sauce and so many people loved the taste of their sauce they started selling it (only in Styrofoam cups though).

I like them with garlic salt, pepper, grilled, broiled or baked with Texas Pete Buffalo wing sauce cooked well done. Not fried and not under cooked / rubbery. :wink5:
