I didn't need myth busters to tell me that. its because of the pressure differential. and i'd say you have to be knocked unconscious for that statement to be true. when you hit the water you'd still have a little time before you are completely sunk.

I don't roll my windows down, but most bridges i deal with have sufficient guard rails to keep people from going over.
