So this all started basically by me apparently offending the Carolina fans by saying Barnes would be a 2 in the NBA instead of a 3 due to his play style and body type? How is that a slight to UNC at all?

Ill be the first to be realistic about UNC players as a Duke fan. For instance I honestly think Zeller has a chance to start in the NBA. He already plays solid defense, is a good defender, and is pretty polished on the offensive side of the court. Plus he has decent post moves and a go to jumper from about 15-17ft. Just because he is lacking in athleticism doesn't mean he will spend his nba career on the bench. IMO if he put on some weight he would be Chris Kaman 2.0, maybe with a little bit better defensive presence. Henson, showed he has a jumper, if he could put on 30 LBS of muscle(which i dont think he can, his metabolism is retardedly high from what I understand, he just physically cant put on weight), and develop some post moves and some finesse around the basket, he would be a potential allstar and perennial All NBA Defensive Team selection.

He now has a bum knee but more potential than Barnes IMO (and that's not a knock on Barnes).

Someone said Henson is a poor mans Tyson Chandler. I think it is more like he is a poor man's Tyrus Thomas. I would take a flyer on him in the latter half of the first round.

Zeller is the one that I am not real sure about. He doesn't have great athleticism, but he is incredibly smart and a hard worker. Think Tyler Hansbrough without the retardism.

Zeller has more talent than some think. I look at him as a poor man Pau Gasol. Same skill set but Z isnt as talented. Most ppl have agreed with me when I have said that in the past.

Hensons career will depend on his ability to gain weight and becoming a better offensive player outside of dunks. If he can do both of those, I have no doubts he will be a very good NBA player. If you disagree with that then we better think twice about drafting the 6-10 kid going to kentucky who is projected to be 1st pick in most mock drafts. Same player IMO. Both were guards and grew several inches.

Because the UNC crowd is butt hurt about having two Dookies on the team and no Tarheels. Sooo they are hoping and praying they will draft one next season.

Instead of doing whats best for the Bobcats they want whats best for their baby blue selves.

I am actually a bigger Bobcats fan than I am a unc fan. My mom went to Chapel Hill, so I was born a tarheel and have cheered for them through the 80s and 90s and into the 2000s.

But I really am a bigger Bobcat fan, I wont miss watching the Cats and have even watched the Cats over the Heels when they play at the same time. So in saying that, I want the Cats to get the best possible player and IMO that player is Harrison Barnes.

The fact that Harrison is a heel is just icing on the cake.

And you might want to remember that THE OWNER OF THE FRANCHISE IS A TARHEEL. So you cant really say there are no heels.

John Kilgo ( Davidson's radio guy and radio personality) said on WFNZ the other day that Zeller was better than Hansbrough.

Henson could also be a solid NBA player, probably not a star but a good player for some team.

If anyone doesnt want Barnes because of that, they are morons imo.

I dont know if its a certainty that the Hornets would have made that trade but if they would have, it was a no brainer for the Cats to do the deal. But to not want any other Heels because of that mistake is stupid.

I think Harrison Barnes came into his own towards the end of the year and is a good player but i dnt think he is the best in the class of 2012. I really think barnes will slip in the 2012 draft. had he come out this yr he woulda been top 5, next year he will be in the 5-10 range barring a sophomore slump!
