Hate to break it to you guys, but the Panthers already made there FA splash. We signed an All-Pro, Pro Bowl, #1 rated LT on the market. His name is Jordan Gross. How much better of a signing do you want than getting the #1 rated O-lineman on the market?

We also kept this other guy, also a Pro Bowler, freak of nature, doesnt exactly want to be here but has no choice. Might get traded, might not, but we will get a nice sum for his services whether he stays or goes, win-win. Yea his name is Julius Peppers.

So thats 2 Pro-Bowlers, and thats no even including this other CB we signed named Gamble who isnt too bad himself...

I think im ok with mid-tier guys after this mighty Splash Hurney made...

I just checked Gantt's blog and he said that New England just traded Mike Vrabel so they will have to find a pass rushing run stopping outstanding athlete to fill an outside LB spot in their 3 4 defense. He is wondering where they might be able to find somebody like that. I wonder.....

    • I just want somebody to settle into that Hangartner role and I may give Mays too much credit. He played so well early and has fell off since injuries crept into his vocabulary.  He was struggling to get push on those goal line runs today.
    • You cannot say it doesn't matter who is playing QB ever in any circumstance. The first two games of the season, Bryce was standing in the pocket with time missing throws left and right. We were running the ball well, but even the gimme throws Canales was setting up, Bryce was missing. Then you start Dalton, boom easy win at Las Vegas. By week four's end, three of our best defenders are seriously injured, center injured, 2nd best veteran WR hurt, and best veteran WR quitting on the team.  Canales is a rookie head coach, and he definitely has had some see what sticks moves. But players are being schemed open, the rookies are progressing nicely, and you have the albatross of some terrible lack of talent to phase out. I give him credit alone for pulling Mingo, Thomas, and going with the better/younger producing players. The scheme is better, he just needs better players and I am not going to write him off until he gets more talent, starting with QB!
    • I don’t want this to be another Daniel jones situation.
