Shia LaBeouf, yay or nay?

Shia LaBeouf reminds me of Joseph Gordon Levitt a little bit. Nothing really great early in his career but started to hit his stride recently. I'm not saying Shia has hit his stride, its gonna take a lot more work to make him the action star he wants to be. I could see him landing some big roles later on in his career. Kinda like Joseph Gordon Levitt is doing now.

*Christy Carlson Romano sounds like a pornstars name so its fitting she has a shower scene.

Never again compare Joseph Gordon-Levitt to Shia LaBeouf. JGL is a fantastic actor, even in his smaller roles in indie films. The Lookout and Brick, two of his "earlier" films, are really interesting and he acts them perfectly.

And damn, he killed 500 Days Of Summer. Perfect fit to the role with Zooey Deschanel.

Even Stevens was great. Holes was great. I think he did well in I, Robot in his small part, and Eagle Eye/Disturbia/Wall Street 2 were pretty solid movies but not spectacular. The Transformers movies and Indian Jones were just bad, and no one could salvage those. I think he's a decent actor though.
