Have you been watchin football? When was the last time the Bengals let there best players walk? Chad tried he is still a Bengal, look at at Carson they won't let him leave! And look at the mess that team has become?? A player wont give his all for a team he wants nothing to do with so if he wants out let him go. I think hardy can be just as good. we have you talent who hasn't seen alot of action because fox preferred Tyler Brayton in the rotation look how long he kept Charles on the bench.

I'm sure the Bengals didn't mind losing all those players, several of which were Pro-Bowlers. This is what happens when word gets around that you have a cheap owner, who cares more about making money than winning football games.

The Panthers are on a slippery slope, if you want to admit it or not. Who was the last big FA signing the Panthers have had? Who was the last drafted player that got a sizable contract extension?

A few more seasons like the last one from JR and you could be relegated to a farm team.

I don't really agree with your whole premise, but if you want to specifically talk about those players, the majority of them were done by the time they left. Takeo is the only guy on the list worth a damn when he left.

I guarantee he gets hundreds more tweets from nice fans than from jerks, and he's not gonna make his decision based on twitter so dont stress it... just some jerks trying to use twitter to stir something up.

I sent a tweet to him just so he wouldn't take it personally.

Ugh, I am torn about CJ's situation. I don't want him to walk but he just had his breakout season, when we still went 2-14.

I think a decision needs to be made whether we focus on our d-line or secondary, and I don't think we secure both in FA. Against the QB's in our division, the way to deal with them defensively needs to be found. Against the Saints, a better secondary would be better, imo (wonder how good Ingram will be). Against the Falcons and Bucs, I think the d-line would deal with their offense better (against a more run based offense).

I dunno what the Panthers will do, but I hope they make the right decision.

      Panthers vs Bucs matchup

      What are the matchups, stats and superlatives?   I think this will be a hard game. Bucs are a very balanced team on offense:  7th  in total yards per game, 7th in passing, 10th in rushing. Baker is having another career year even better than last year but despite missing his Godwin and Evans. Bucs defense is poor (29th) particularly passing defense, but we’re also depleted in our receiving with Coker and Sanders likely out. Running Chuba is key but their defense is better against the run. (16th) I think this is likely going to require us to score a lot of points to keep up and hopefully the home field advantage tips the scale in our favor. My other concern is our run defense and being able to stop their rookie study Bucky Irving who the Bucs have shifted more carries to recently and he’s averaging 5.4 ypc and knows how to get into the endzone with 5 TDs so far.

      This is nonsense and you know it. People will be happy when we are consistently and convincingly winning games against good teams. There are people in here talking down to others after losses and barely beating the terrible NY Giants. If you want to strut around here like only you are a real Panthers fan and rage pooing posts because your jimmies are rustled then hey good luck with all that. I hope you have a lovely Thanksgiving.
