Movie about a substance abusing curmudgeon who inexplicably has a job with children, behaves inappropriately around them, usually hung over and cursing, and physically abuses the kids with hilarious results.

Sounds a bit like Bad Santa, doesn't it?

I guess pretty soon we can expect Bad Priest, Bad Day Care and Bad Babysitter.
