He was one of the top HS players of his class, wanted to pull a Brandon Jennings, didn't work out and now he's fallen to the 2nd round a few years later. Could be a star could be a bust, but he's worthy of the spot.

Second round picks rarely make an instant impact. Might as well take a risk with a guy who was a top 10 prospect out of high school.
