both sides want as long of a FA period as possible before TC. no reason they can't get the deal done by then.

my OOAL pick is July 1. Irsay is pushing for it to be done by July 4 to give teams ample time for normal training camps and preseason. i'm sure he's not alone in that. if the basic framework is in place, the details can easily be hammered out if they force themselves to do it.

In all seriousness, I wish it would end today. I know it won't, but I'm tired of all the guessing! It's kind of like being a kid on Christmas eve again. You know what you asked for, you know what you want, but you have no idea what you'll actually get. We know which FA's might be out there, we know which ones we want, but have no idea what we're gonna get.
