You'd have to have bought the "Special Options" version. If you did then all you need to do is this:

1. Go to your Kindle Special Offer Home

2. Press Menu, select "view special offers"

3. Select 20% off HDTV offer to receive the offer in email

I know that I'm going to buy one now just to get the great offers.

Amazon sells 4 versions with 2 having the Special options feature.
