I about killed the customer service manager at the Walmart in Shallotte. I went there to buy a PS3 game. I got the lady at electronics to get it out of the case and ring it up, as I'm getting in my car I took it out of the bag only to realize that the stupid woman grabbed the wrong game. So I go in and go back to the electronics section. She tells me I have to go to customer service.

So I go to customer service, and wait literally 45mins in the ONE line open. When I get to the front the lady just says "Ohh you need to go get another game to exchange, we'll hold this up here". So I walk all the way back to electronics and get the woman back there to open the case to get the right game that she could have already done before she sent me to customer service.

So I go back up front and try to go right up to the counter where the customer service manager is standing all by herself with no line. I tell her my game is behind the counter and I got the game to exchange. She says "Noooo you have to wait in the line" So by this point I'm fuging pissed. I wait in the line for another 30 mins while this manager bitch talks on the phone. After she gets off the phone she comes to the line and asks "Anyone here just have an exchange?" I raise my hand, even though she knows I clearly do and a woman a few spaces BEHIND me in line raises her hand. She takes that woman first.

So by this point I'm just cussing out loud in line. After she finishes with that woman she finally comes and gets me. So I'm complaining to her, actually maintaining calm and being polite and what does she say "Well when we are busy you should expect to wait" and I said that I had been in line twice already and she says "Well that's life". No appology no nothing. I wanted to choke her.

I have never hit a woman in my life .. but that would have been the last straw.. after I got my game of course :)

I'm on hold with walmart.com at the moment. They're calling my store to see if it's there.

I just called this morning to see if it was there. NO it ain't there bitches.

I'm about to get a refund and see if they will give me a gift card for the difference so I can buy it at a different store.

my wife ordered some of the stuff for the nursery from wal-mart. specifically a nursing glider with ottoman, a crib with a trundle and a dresser/changing table. walmart said they only had one of the three items when the web site said it had the other two. turned out they had all three, and just hadn't notified us that it had all arrived. bunch of dumb asses top to bottom.

Apparently there is no record of it being at the store or at the distribution center. They say it's lost.

Basically they are saying I can have one shipped to my house as quickly as possible (but they are out of stock & no telling when it will come in). Or they can give me a refund and a big eff you. I've asked for a $50 gift card to make up for the difference I will have to pay for the same product at a different store and they said no.

FUCKERS!
