Monfils is gonna reach the semis. He had a good showing at the French reaching the Quarters. That second tier of the top half is gonna be interesting, because I don't think Murray is gonna reach the semis. Murray has to make a move in this Wimbledon if his time is ever gonna come.

Djoker is taking this whole thing though.

the women's draw is becoming a repeat of the French - Sharapova and a bunch of people who are relatively inexperienced at getting this far. Bartoli's the only one who been in a Slam final.

Well, I'm fuging pissed. Props to them though, especially Serena for beating that near fatal illness and coming back after being gone for almost a year. She'll be back soon enough.

funny how tennis has grown on me over the last year. started out with a friend who is trying to make something out of himself as a tennis player.. never thought I would start (attempting) to keep up with it.

Wimbledon is tough to get away from - it dominates the two main BBC channels for a fortnight (two weeks!).

It's very much one of those sports that are reasonably fun to play, but boring to watch, in my opinion.

frustrated me to watch the Tsonga -v- Djokovic match in that 3rd set (especially since I'm a Tsonga fan).. Watching Sharapova dominate was fun though..
