Jordan Gross rated as one of the best OT's in NFL by...

Overall he is a very good player as well as leader. he does seem to give up some pretty big plays sometimes though and the false starts drive me nuts. It could be worse. Much worse. I don't know enough to pass judgement and line item veto him being franchised or anything but I rarely think of him as one of our larger assets for some reason.

nfl.com's Pat Kirwan has rated him as one of the best OL (not just tackles) in the NFL as well, placing him into his Tier A Category. Honestly, I always thought Jordan was great, but not great at the level of respect he's gotten over the past few months. I'm quite alright with being wrong though.

EDIT: He also placed Kalil in Tier B. I probably would've switched the two if you had asked me to create a list. He also said one NFL Coach told him that he felt Kalil was the best OL in the game, period.

Wow, those are some mad props for Kalil.

IDGAF, I'm just ready for some Panthers football

Gross has the occational bad game, and he wasn't at his best coming back from his broken leg injury, but he's clearly one of the best in the NFL. As far as Kalil is concerned, I've seen him get obliterated trying to pass block big DTs, but his run blocking is top notch for his size.
