Glad to hear his knee is healthy. TD is a stand up guy amongst many stand up guys on our team. The praise that :cam: has been receiving recently from a handful of players negates every bad thing that was said about him from every analyst and the media leading up to the draft. I'm confident this kid is going to be special.

it's great that the guys on the team like him as much as they do and believe in him, but the only thing that is going to negate all those things that were said about him is what he does on the field. that's going to be the proof the doubters are looking for. until then, you are going to have comments like....

the doubters, the ones that didn't want him here in the first place and who are probably still thinking it was a bad idea although they say they "support him because he's a panther now" aren't going to buy into it/him until he wins games.

Also, did anyone else catch Jordan Gross on The Drive last week? He said he invited Cam over to his house for dinner and told him straight up to his face that he thought he was gonna be a dick (not verbatim, but basic idea was that he thought Cam was hyped, fake, etc.) and also used the "preconceived notion" reference. Told him that night that he was none of those things he thought he was before meeting him and that he has been impressed.

Also talked about Cam putting in the work and coming in in-shape, participating in the tire throwing drills with the OLinemen, etc.

So they're all lying? When have you ever heard Jordan Gross lie in a radio interview? He sure as hell didn't correct the announcer when he basically said that JC sucked last year.

I think people are forgetting how awesome Thomas Davis was becoming before he hurt his knee. Then rushed back and got hurt again. If Davis thinks he's really 100% again, that can only mean good things for Panther football.
