I laughed when I read the tweet concerning what number Cam will wear. There should be a rule about how many times the media can ask the same question.

I know they bitched and moaned about not having access and then when they do they were basically like "Ummm how's it going?"

They just want to be close to the swag and hope some of it rubs off on them... or they wanted to be close to Cam and rub one off. One or the other.

Yeah, I guess you have to have a degree in journalism to come up with a question like: "So, what do you think about this lockout thing?"

I posted this in Rayzor's thread also but figured I would thro it in here. Beason had high praise for Cam.

No. 1 overall pick Cam Newton believes he's already "got a grip" on the Panthers' offense early in June.

The Panthers did get him a book on April 28, and he claims to have been studying it ceaselessly. Team captain Jon Beason is praising Newton's "great leadership" and called him a "specimen" at Panthers player-organized workouts. Jun 9, 10:45
