Smitty on WBT this morning

Mainly talked about his upcoming kids camp, which WBT sponsors. Did mention Cam would be there, which could be seen as a positive. When asked, a couple of times, about his future in Carolina, he gave his standard response, however, he did emphasize that his family will have a huge part in thar decision. If I can find a link to a podcast or whatever it's called I'll post.

well...from listening to it, you aren't going to get any real answer. no matter how someone tries to read between the lines...we really won't know until a CBA is done.

Ive always respected Steve Smith as a player... but I have a whole new respect for for him as a person, a husband and a father.

He also said in another interview that it depends on his Wife's health, but wouldn't elaborate what was wrong with her.

The decision depends on whether the Panthers will trade him... which depends on his value.

Now that the Panthers are realizing he is about as valuable as a third round draft pick, he's liking Carolina more and more and my guess is his wife is too.
