Cam: Darren Sharper hold muh diiiiiiiick

I can't watch it yet but I will when I get home.

Is it just me or does it seem like we do bad when expected to be good and have a good season when were expected to be bad?

Maybe we win the conference next year if that pattern stays

perfectly outlines the Fox regime.. we'll have to wait and see how this new team of coaches will perform.

I wouldn't put too many expectations on this upcoming year though.

i can't exactly say they're wrong a rookie QB against some of the best DBs this decade? Tough call.

With a great running game and the addition of a few receivers, we won't be expecting Newton to win it singlehandedly. Hopefully he only has to make some plays now and then to keep the sticks moving. I hope the defense can give him good field position and we can keep the other offenses off the field so we don't have to score 30 points to win.

I have to be honest when I say Atlanta. They have the tools and the talent.

I'm a huge Panthers fan but I think that we'll need a couple of years to get acclimated. I'll be extremely happy if they go 8-8 but I'd like to see 10-6 this first year.

We get Otah back, Keep Smitty and D'Will. Add in an offensive coordinator that has an IQ over 5 and Cam should be able to negotiate our offense without a whole lot of pressure.

Oddly I believe the pressure will be on the defense. If Cam is remotely accurate he is going to cause problems for the defense. Someone is going to have to shadow him or he is going to burn them badly. Now the decision comes. Do you leave an AGING VET singled covered? Or do you let the ROOK run wild on a broke play.

BTW, I say aging Vet sarcastically. Smitty will burn ANYONE one on one.
