I think I'm going to publicly express my opinion that Smitty will remain a Panther in this thread, then go to the other thread and say it's bullsh*t and he's already gone.

Smitty may want out but he is not demanding to leave.He is frustrated and father time is around the corner.If we can work a trade that fairly compensates us then great.The Chargers may have to give up one of their receivers on a lower cost guy like Smith which will work with me.I would like to see him come back in the slot but business is business and we may not get anything for him next year.
