I doubt the Panthers re-sign him. They only saved $745,000 by cutting him. The vet min has to be close to that so I think the move to cut him was based on performance more so than for cap reasons.

For me, Goings will always be one of my favorite guys to play for the Panthers. I have his jersey and will continue to wear it for many seasons to come.
