Actually, it's high-grade dog food. My friend's father used to work for a dog food company that markets itself on using high-grade ingredients, and his job was to allocate said ingredients. For protein, they purchased bulk quantities of beef graded the lowest quality acceptable for human consumption. It wasn't unusual for fast food companies to outbid him.
